Thanks to FreddieTheFox for your reply to my other post "BFS v BCFS". I am just so full of questions about all this and reading your posts from all you super people has helped somewhat. Yes l am a fellow twitcher but l also get larger muscle spasms, where my arm or leg will shoot out to date l have hit my hubby twice and sent pizza flying past my sons ear (not Intentional l promise!! lol) does any one else have these as l am begining to feel a bit of a freak.
