My neuro did all the standard neurological test on my first visit and all were normal. My symptoms, however, have changed since then. My most recent visit with him consisted of a vary minimal physical exam. I do neurological exams on patients all day long and also self test myself with these same dam tests all day. My low back pain is minimal and unchanged for four plus years. The weakness I get with brushing my teeth is in the mid scap area mostly paraspinal muscles. It's suttle but I think definetly present.
