Normal Bicept Sizes: OK!

Yoddah,

Are you absolutely sure it is atrophy?

I have been convinced I have it starting in my thigh, yet my doctor nor my husband see any difference. My doctor even measured my thigh.

You know, not every side is perfectly symetric in our bodies anyway.

DId you have an injury in this bicep lately?

You're fine......stop reading about ALS.......see your doctor and insist on having tests done........if they're negative.....try to move on........

If you keep reading about the symptoms YOU WILL HAVE THEM....

You are not alone.....we all know how you feel........and want to help you....so please stop looking up info. on the Internet.

God Bless

Be well

I have a dent in my quadricep that wasn't previously there. I have made an EMG which came back fine only 4 months ago. That Was about 2 weeks before the dent showed up. Last week i was again seen by my neurologist and he said that it is absolutely nothing. My strength in my right leg is not right also.

So dont panic. Give it time. The chance is that it is nothing

Hello my frightend friend

I hope it's not a real atrophy. Maybe you had it ever before but you didn't noticed it still today. Could it be that you have a carpal tunnel syndrome?

I know what your are going through. I am a nervos wreck since the beginning of last november since my nasty twitching began.

I think everyday it could be this fu.... xxx.

I pray for you that it's only BFS

You never walk alone we all and god is with you.

Love and peace

besides the FACT that it's normal to have less muscle mass in one bicep (I ran out of the gym once after doing bicep curls and noticing a big difference between the two), the fact that you didn't see it till it was pointed out to you probably means it's only a slight difference. Clinical atrophy is a huge difference. Plus you don't have clinical weakness.
