i still have my nonstop instep and sole of the foot twitching for a year now, less or more, but always present, mainly in the left foot.i recognised that it is worse after having done sports outside in the cold snow. i think it is worse after that my feet were in the cold.anyone knows this phenomen? any other foot nonstop foottwitchers?i am a bit nervous as i have read once that als fascics can be triggered by cold provocation

I have had non stop twitches in my feet since about 7 months now. Now, You and I both know it is not als. The feet and calves are the most prevalent areas of twitching for most people. I'm sure you are fine!!!

I have no idea. Stop tracking it or you will go mad. Your foot moves. Mine does too. Feels like little worms all over the bottom of my foot. Don't sweat the details!

My feet do the same Laurent. They have done for over a year now. I find it most disconcerting when I can SEE them twitch but not FEEL them, for some reason. I think in my warped and over-anxious mid I associate strong forceful twitching that I can feel with strong healthy muscle and so I worry that when I can't feel it, this is because the muscle is dying. But it is probably just because (a) the muscles in the feet are smaller (b) I've got used to them .Do'nt worry about itRegardsSimon

My left foot does not stop twitching for over a year now! Sometimes I think it has slowed down and I look at it and it is going nuts twitching away! I am talking more than 1 a second! It makes me real nervous when I sit and watch them. My right foot does twitch too, but I cant always see them so maybe that isnt as constant. I go back and fourth with the anxiety of what the heck is causing this. How can you be normal one day then your body just goes nuts twitching???I get it in my fat part of my lower thumb too a lot and my upper arm is a new hot spot for this week! I just wish I knew what was causing this. I am tempted to go back to a different neuro and see if they have any ideas. I got an EMG back in Feb of last year and havent gone back since. I think I am due.
