No ALA Connection to Twitchy Calves

I should follow up with the fact that I don't think it had anything to do with the ALA. I had one of my least twitchy days ever (which is huge for me since I have them constantly in my calves) and I hadn't taken the ALA in at least two days. I'm not good at taking gigantic vitamins so I always put it off.

Yes- I haven't made it past the 3 day mark either. That's when it actually gets out of your system unfortunately...I'm assuming that's why it's a tough point to get past.

I definitely think the increased exercise has made it better, not worse which is strange I suppose...The only thing I can think is that somehow when your nervous system expends that extra energy, it somehow sedates it a little. My calves are most definitely quieter- I was getting a massage tonight and I don't remember feeling them twitch hardly at all (granted, the last thing I was thinking about was twitching but still!)
