Nightmares After Trying Extenze

a year ago, I tried Extenze for performance. bought it from gas station and I took one tablet. ever since my nightmares started. found out that Extenze contains Yohimbine. Looked it up on drug.com and I came up with the following: "They do warn patients that yohimbine can lead to central nervous system excitability that may include side effects such as increased blood pressure and heart rate, irritability, tremors, sweating, nausea and twitching"I have experienced all the above. Now, I am wondering, after a year why I am still twitching. The yohimbine should be out of my system already :(. any advice on how to remove it? maybe if I was able to detoxify my body the twitch will be gone. any advice?

My twitching started when I took vitamin D, then stopped, then started when I took magnesium, then stopped, then started when I went through some stress, then stopped, then started when I started heavy exercise, then stopped, then started when I stopped exercising, then stopped, then started when I drank too much, then stopped, then started when I bought new shoes, then stopped, then started when I started a new job, then stopped, then started when drank coffee, then stopped...........I doubt that the study was done sufficiently with large enough sample of the population to be a legitimate study.Remember the polio thingy years ago, does anyone remember the ice cream correlation. It was almost a given that if you ate ice cream during the summer you'd get polio. Polio increase during the summer so did ice cream sales, must be something in the ice cream.Too many variables to test sufficiently. If they tested sufficiently the drug/food wouldn't be economical to purchase, plus they rely on the data from the companies....throw the twitchy thing in there to make the FDA happy!
