Night of Twitching and Tingling

I had a terrible night last night and now I'm all shook up. My knee twitched constantly and my legs felt warm and tingly.
I still feel the same way - I walked about a mile to work and when I sat down my knee is still twitching and the weird thing is that I feel like something is crawling over my butt!!

I didn't twitch much yesterday, but made up for it during the night.

Do others get the same symptoms?

God, I hate feeling like this.

Sorry to hear you've had such a bad night. I've definitely experienced the twitching "hot spots" as I know many other on the site have. And yes, the tingling thing is an all too familiar sensation to me. I get that quite a bit, actually.

My knees have been twitching a lot lately too. I also get the warm and tingly feeling in my thighs, but it usually only happens after I am walking and/or working out. The knee twitches are extremely annoying, but I'm sure they'll move on before too long.
