I have the full spectrum.
Some twitches are very precise, like just a tiny bundle of fibers. Sometimes I get twitches in places where I can't even figure out how to consciously flex the muscle.
Some twitches are slow and regular, like a pulse but not in time with heart rhythm. Some are fast and fluttering.
Usually I'll have one muscle that twitches for a couple days, or a week, then it goes away and some other muscle starts going at it. Occasionally two or three at once. Really unpredictable. Have one in my right shoulder right now. I can also make my eyelids twich on command by blinking hard.
Anyway I've had this my whole life so I've just learned to deal with it and it's not a source of stress.
