New Stomach Spasm - Worrisome?

Hello all. Been a few weeks since been on here. Just got this new one today...tight next to my bellybutton...isnt visible but can be felt deep down. Isnt like my usual twitches which are really quick, split second like. All my twitching is real quick twitches or spasms, but today this spasm in my stomach..each spasm lasts for like a second or two. I can actually feel the mucscle spasming, holding for a second, then letting go. Never had this before, and believe me i had all sorts of twitches and spasms everywhere in my body. Its like the muscle is contracting, holding for a second, then releasing. It is very slight, you cant see it at the skin surface, but oooooohhhhhhh so annoying.. Anyone else get spasms like these??? Pull and hold twitches are pretty much the "other type" of twitches we all get I think. I like those the least.
