New BFS Twitching - Normal?

I have developed a new twitching a few weeks ago that don`t go away, first it began in my right groin and my right thigh now I have it in my left groin, is it normal to twitch in groins for bfs? excuse me but this is new for me. I have non stop twitches in arches of feet ant toes for 16 months now, a constant spasm twitch in my pinky side palm i think(palmaris brevis spasm) and random twitches in other parts of my body, but this new one in the inner part of my thigh almost in the groin that don`t go away is worrying me a lot.Do some of you experience something like this?

with bfs you can twitch everywhere, every muscle in your body. I think by now every muscle in my body has twitched

I twitch there. Sometimes the twitches are even painful.

Twitching in the groin is nothing new for me... I even get it sometimes exactly in the center of the lower part of my belly. Feels really strange and maybe tickles a little sometimes.I think that everybody who has BFS has (at some point) learned that there are muscles in body parts where we don't expect them. I once had some twitches behind my ear - that was really strange.
