Never-Ending Battle with Fasciculations

Seems like this battle with fasciculation's is never gonna end. Been dealing with this for well over a year. The twitches are now in my face and my neck. I've never had them there before, so it concerns me. I could even feel my jaw muscle twitching. I don't think there is a muscle in my body that isn't affected, but I have to admit the recent development of the twitches in my face, neck, and jaw have really bothered me. Anyone else experience anything similar?

Anxiety is killing me too. Im going crazy since february...I had obsession about atrophy and fascics.Now spasticity is my mainly problem...Pff... Its awful.Ofc i dont have any clinical weakness and confirmed spasticity.
