Neurotic About Thumb Twitching

I think I got this right but just want everybody's opinion about this. I was twitching in my thumb for 10 days.Saw a neuro did and EMG which was normal. Normal exam as well.If I had *** wouldn't the EMG show abnormalities because with *** the twitches are do to dying muscle. Right?Just being neurotic.David
