Neuro Visit

I just had my first visit with my neurologist after some strange symptoms. Here is some background on me I am a 26 year old male who is married with two wonderful children and a Radiology major at Indiana University. With that said on to my little story...It all started with some twitching in thighs and bicep mainly on my right side and I did the worst I searched to see what it might be and *** came up so I developed anxiety over it. Along with the twitching my thighs felt tight and lower legs felt sore and achy like shooting pains in them. So I started having headaches and with those came some health anxiety my GP said it was sinuses and put me on Nasacort to help them drain and told me not to worry. Then I started to get buzzing and twitching in my feet and arms and feet would feel somewhat numb so my GP sent me to a neuro at the local IU med center for checkup. He did a quick neuro evaluation saying he has seen *** and I am too young and he doesn't believe I have it and its more than likely a syndrome possibly from me battling sinus issues all winter. So he ordered a brain MRI with and without contrast, Blood Work (aldolase,CPK,calcium, magnesium,ANA), and an EMG of my right side. All the tests came back fine or normal and the EMG showed some carpal tunnel but that was it. The doc said that my relative youth and my young muscles made the EMG pretty clear and he explained what he tested and showed me how the readings on the EMG machine and explained how clear and normal they were and said besides the carpal tunnel his opinion was that it was BFS. With that said he ordered me to see him again about 1.5 later is this normal. I have had real achy feet and they still twitch alot and I am still concerned. My neuro put me on Klonopin for the twitching and my GP has me on Paxil CR to help with the anxiety. Opinions anyone?
