Well, went to neuro this AM, ended up staying 2.5 hours, yuck. He did a thorough exam, inlcuding nerve conduction study and EMG. The nerve study felt weird, much like sticking my finger in a light socket, but not particularly painful. The EMG not so fun. It wasnt bad at first, but when he started poking the inside of my hands that really hurt! I made it thru and he said everything looked normal except for mild carpal tunnel in my wrist. Gave me a splint for that and a steroid. Said to f/u with my GP for a repeat thyroid, metabolic test since mine was not up to date, but other than that, he saw no reason for further testing unless I really wanted an MRI. No thank you, today was enough, and I trust his judgement. I'm gonna relax now at twitch away. Just wanted to share. Hopefully I won't have a panic relapse in a few days =0

I agree there is nothing more to do unless you are physically suffering and it sounds like you are not. With the mental worries conquered, you should be feeling free as a bird.
