Nervous Before Surgery Tomorrow

I'm very upset and nervous.
I have surgery tomorrow. I have to go to the hospital without any doubts. I need a surgery ASAP due to problems with gallstones. Actually, it's only one; 10 mm; discovered few years ago. I think gallbladder will be removed with laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia.
I'm scared that anesthesia will develop my fasciculations.
Any suggestions?

Twitching usually continues even under general anesthesia, but as far as I am aware it is unlikely to make them worse, at least it did'nt in my case

I'm on 36 hours diet without food drinking liquids only.
Interesting my eyelids are not twitching. Not yet.
