Nerve Support with Vitamin B & Magnesium

I've tried vitamin B and Magnesium. They seemed to help. If you go to a local health food store and tell them you want something for nerve support and/or muscle twitching, this is probably what they will recommend.

Troy...do you never sleep? You posted at 3:59am and then again at 7:10am, that is 3hrs of sleep buddy, and that is not enough. Be careful you don't crash and burn, I mean that seriously. I went like a crazy man all fall on very little sleep, and it does catch up to you. When the manic phase ends, it can be devestating.

In regard to health supplements, many have been suggested but they have not seemed to have any lasting efficacy. I still think exercise (I like walking the best) is the best for feeling well over-all. I twitch quite a lot just afterwards, but feel great otherwise.

Cheers,
Basso

A magnesium supplement seems to help me, but the last 2 days I'm wondering if I've grabbed sugar pills vs. true supplements since the twitching in both feet and my left arm have been almost continuous.

Agree with Basso, exercise does help. I ride my bike and this does typically help me.

Funny thins is that I probably didn;t sleep between those hours ... I have REALLY been concerned about my health. The heat and the SSRI's have been messing up my sleeping pattern. I am going to try to "turn over a new leaf" and just go to bed at 9:30 PM whether I'm tired or not.

Other than supplements, sleep is VERY important, and not just sleep but consistent scheduled sleep. I have been in the "stay awake all night, try to crash for a few hours and take Xanax to kill any side effects" mode.

I think a new game plan is in order...
Vitamin C, Vitamin B, Magnesium, Exercise, Sleep, Good diet :)

If I can manage those well enough, there would be no need for anything else...

There are 8 laws of health that someone gave me:
* Fresh Air
* Sunshine
* Water
* Exercise
* Temperance
* Faith in God
* Rest
* Diet

This might be all in my head..hmmm imagine that :LOL: but it seems when I take B12 vitamins I get more of the ant crawling sensations on my back and arms.

I also have to say that yesterday I was twitching pretty good and I had some wine and it slowed it down, great now my liver will go..lol...Jenn
