Nerve Pain Walking Pavement

Does anyone else get nerve pain with this.i was walking along the pavement when i got a sharpe pain in my groin area to the point where i could barely walked.I stood still for a couple of minutes and started walking again.Guess what ,No pain it was like it had never happened

I have gotten those a couple of times, they are painful but the good thing is that they go a way fast. Nothing serious, I asked my neuro about it but she coulndt tell me why it was happening besides telling me its probably bfs related, so I just added it to the pile of weird things that my body is doing.
