Neckpain, Headaches, and ALS

Could neck pain be a symptom of ALS? Sure—if you overwork your weakened neck muscles (and they'd have to be weak from ALS), they could hurt. On the other hand, neck pain is way, way more likely to be caused by poor posture, stress, and a whole bunch of other things. Kind of like stomachaches: bad abdominal pain can be a symptom of colon cancer. Do you really think that everyone who has abdominal pain has colon cancer? Not a chance.

Yep, neck pain can be caused by stress....no kidding. I have a lot of neck pain but mine is usually at night and caused my fasics....thumbers and vague rapid motor like twitches. The neck fasics make it hard to sleep. I have an idea that we twitch mostly in our calves and feet because of the venous stagnation and then can twitch more in our back and neck at night when blood is stagnating there.
