Hi everyone!My twitching started in 2006, after a virus. I have had no symptoms for almost a year, but just last week it came back. I am a bit worried about this one. When I wake up in the morning, my neck tremors pretty hard on the side. The sides tend to switch off, but mainly the left one. This is not internal shaking, I can actually feel the muscle tremor on the outside. Once I get up, it goes away. So...could this be part of BFS or should I worry about impending strokes or ALS?
