Navigating Anxiety with Effexor

I would not do this....as you know got a clean bulbar emg last week. he did one needle in the tongue, one in the chin chin (under the lip), one on the side of the neck and one in the the jaw...this would be enough to see if anything bulbar were going on right?

you'll be happy to know I have started on Effexor...it has been a bit tough - makes me almost more anxious, but I have heard they do that initially.

Pls answer re: bulbar

You have been twitching for 5 years, with a clean neuro exam and EMG from an ALS specialist plus a clean bulbar specific EMG. You really need to focus your worries on another devastating disease such as scarlet fever or galloping tuburculosis - because in my opinion you have a better chance at one of those than ALS.
