My Tiny, Mysterious Pulse

Ok, so I was looking at my left foot twitching away, which I do often, and I noticed this tiny almost looks like a pulse in my ankle! Awesome! I wonder how long that has been there?? Well, this one makes me alittle nervous b/c it is so so tiny, that if i wasnt outside in the sunlight, I would have never of noticed it! I was just getting to a better place this week and this starts. I wonder how long this has been there?? I never really looked at my ankle b/c my left foot is the one that I can see the big, small, tiny twicthes. Has anyone had same twitch since onset??

Is this on the inside of your ankle? There actually is a pulse there. I can see mine all the time if I look for it. Freaked me out a first, but it's nothing.

I have had ankle twitches since onset 14 months ago. I feel them and I have seen them going nonstop while sitting in a neuros office. It was hard to see but possible under the bright lights of a doctor's office. I really don't look at it anymore because I feel twitches all the time and I know I twitch. So what real news is it to me? I correspond with a women who has had severe neuropathy (mainly sensory) for many years. She says her feet and ankles twitch a lot at night. The nerves in the feet and hands commonly take the brunt of many nerve conditions.Krackersones

Yes, it is in the inside of my ankle...is there a pulse there? I thought it looked like a pulse and not a twitch, but then when I tried to see it in the right ankle I couldnt see it, so I assumed it was a twitch.Jro, Do you have a tiny one inside of ankle? Does it look like a pulse?? What causes neuropathy?? I mean I know diabetes and all, but I got my sugar/glucose tested and all that was fine. Plus, usually you get diabetic neuropathy when you dont take eat or take proper insulin, right?

Its likely your posterior tibial artery pulse. We actually take a pulse at that spot as EMTs to assess distal limb circulation. Chez- do yourself a favor and stop looking so closely at things like this. I fell into the same trap in the last few weeks staring at where my shoulders meet my pectorals and wondering if I've always had creases/identation there. After ten minutes of staring I and worrying about atrophy I felt like a complete clown wasting time like this.

Is there any muscle in the area. I have twitched there and my husband laughs and says you don't even have muscle on the ankle. I've twitched in other places where I think there is no muscle. Anyone else?

I was sitting with my feet up on my desk yesterday and saw that same twitch in my ankle. It is most definitely a pulse. I've also noticed "twitching" in places where I have more prominent veins.

 a classic  Its like having atrophy on your hands and having a smaller muscle on one side of the body. All very common BFS-symptoms. The atrophy and smaller muscles comes together with weakness and clumpsyness btw.
