My Random Muscle Twitch Disappeared

do you often get twitches that are in one spot for say a few minutes or few hours and then dissapear either forever or dissapear for a while?

the muscle inside of my right elbow twitched for a couple hours and annoyed me so I took one of my neurontin even though Im just supposed to take it at night and then the twitch went away and so far has stayed away.

I have had areas that twitch on and off for atleast a 24 hr period and then never as of yet anywat, go back to that same area.

Of course BrianB, BFS twitches are known for that. I get twitches in one spot (called hot spots) for hours, days and even weeks, only to have them disappear as fast as they started. This is REAL common, in fact, mandatory protocol for BFS
