My Left Foot Hot Spot Woes

Ok, so I have had this left foot hot spot for about 7 months now. I get them all over including my right foot, but it never never leaves my left foot same spot too! It has not even stopped for 1 min! That is what freaks me out and that it will ache a lot there too. So, my question to all of you is: Do any of you have this one spot since the onset that will not stop twitching in the same area? One foot? Or one leg? Same area? (Mine is center arch) Does this sound more like something other than BFS? It just seems a lot of people on here get hot spots, but not same spot for so long. I know many get calves and feet, but anyone get one foot? One calve that just doesnt stop???

I have not had any that just won't stop. My main and first twitch finally went away after I completely stopped exercising. BUT they have travelled all over my body. They stay 90% in my lower legs though. I am new at this but I find that I get a LOT less anxious when I don't look at my legs. Feeling it is one thing...but looking makes me freak out.
