My Handwriting Difficulty:Help Needed

In my previous posts i have explained how i am having problems with my handwriting.Last night my arm was aching so i had a very hot bath, and after that i could write really fast again, yet this morning it feels ackward when i write. What is going on?My neurologist tested the strengh in my hand as part of my examination(he tested my grip by pulling against me,also made me push my fingers outward against resistance and checked coordination etc) and could not find anything wrong.I just cant stop worrying about this.Sorry to keep posting about the same thing, but this is getting me down.

Yes! My hands, forearms and wrists are my hot spots. These areas do get tight, sore, cramping, and painfull. I also had like a 3 day period about 2 months ago when I had the same problem with my right hand. I had a hard time writing, using the keyboard and mouse, holding the phone, etc.. I think this is very common as many people have posted with a similiar complaint. I now actually have the tight muscles more than I have the twitching. I also woke up last night and my forearms were very stiff and sore. This didn't wake me up, just something I noticed when I did wake up. All of this has drastically subsided the last few weeks as my anxiety is way down. Still there, just not as noticable or debilitating.

When my bfs and anxiety were at their height, I remember getting very distressed about my handwriting. I felt that my right hand and forearm were weak and clumsy. Like 17Wildcat17, this lasted just a few days and with hindsight I'm sure my anxiety distorted my perception of things.

AT my first EMG the neurophysiologist asked me if cold made things worse. I am pretty sure it does. So I keep warm, enjoy hot baths, started wearing long johns (but we are having a cold spell here in blighty!!!)!!! At some point I will have to distinguish old age aches and pains from BFS. I seem to remember aching after exercise for many years before I got the twitches and at that time just putting it down to getting older. Heat helps
