My Hand: New Symptoms, Concerns, and Progress

A few weeks back I posted a "doing well!" post and in it I mentioned how I was having some new finger twitches, but wasn't concerned enough to pay it any mind or post about it... kinda sucks, but that's changed a little bit.

I must say I am still doing better than before; so many symptoms related to pain and tingling have diminished greatly. But my right hand really has me concerned. This is where I had one very scary "real weakness" episode a while back, where after a softball game, my pinky finger refused to lift. This happened again about 2 weeks ago when I played a short wiffle ball game. Afterwards, my pinky finger wouldn't "spread," i.e. my fingers would stretch all the way out into a five. I know ALS weakness isn't supposed to come and go, but these episodes of real weakness in the same area have me worried.

Also in my right hand is that muscle between your index finger and thumb. This has been where my 24/7 hot spot has been for almost 6 months. I was concerned that they were fibs not fascics because I couldn't feel them, I could only notice them under certain light, and they fired almost constnatly. Now, in addition to these "little" twitches, I am getting much more significant twitches and spasms in the same place that is causing my whole finger to move and tweek out. It usually happens after I unscrew the cap off a water bottle or turn a door knob or something. But it happens 5-15 times a day, same finger, for almost 2 months now.

So to recap: perceived weakness in right hand, real weakness on two episodes in right hand pinky, and the area in between my thumb and my index finger has a combination of small, non stop twitches and large, finger moving big twitches that are brought on by effort or movement in that part of my hand.

Naturally, I am worried bout the a to the l to the s, but I am not flipping out. can anyone help out/relate?

Hey kiddo, still think the one hand is related to the spinal stuff and the twitches remember big twitch little body part you are gonna get some movement. Little twitch little body part and you may not even notice is cause those are some little muscles.
Great to see you again, not because you are having issue but just because haven't seen you in a while :D)
