My Calves' Christmas Tree Flicker

This morning, my calves werent hardly twitching at all. Someone pulled up in my driveway and honked the horn, so I walked out to talk with them. Its about 30 yards each way. When I came back in the house and sat down, both calves went totally crazy. It was like the flickering lights on a christmas tree. I would guess at least 20 or more twitches or dimpling per second dancing around on both calves.I could feel and see them. I have 2 questions, 1). has anybodies calves ever went that crazy after that small amount of exertion 2). After I sat back done, the twitches subsided after a few minutes. They went back to normal twitching. This is not the norm., but it does happen every once in a while. I can be active, going up and down stairs, mow grass and such without the calves going nuts like that. Any thoughts or similiar experiences?

If I'm sleeping and get up to do something in the middle of the night, whatever limb or muscle is activated will start twitching sometimes. This does not happen as much if I am using the muscles steadily throughout the day. It must be something about the jolt of going from rest to activity in too abrupt a fashion.

the same here, infact that is the time when i freak out the most, when waking up from a dream at night i twitch like crazy, mainly in the shoulders recently.

The same thing happens to me in the mornings. If I get up and lay back down my legs go crazy. I don't know why this is. Must be from laying all night.

Woah! I thought it was just me that that happened to, and here you all are with exactly the same thing. I get up to pee in the night and then they start up when I get back into bed. This applies to my calves and my shoulders.S
