Yes. Pain, cramping and burning in my left foot periodically for a few months. Bouts of intense, but intermittent, fatigue.

2. Did you have an illness prior to the first event? YES. Headache like hell for 2 days, remaining on one side for weeks (-> first MRI). After 1 month: Eyelid starts tickling. Another month: Calve left buzzing. Soon after that is was everywhere; but the headache was gone

If so, do you take any medication for the above? yes, several prescriptions for the past 15 yrs. I switched from nexium to omeprazole a couple of months before the twitching started. Interestingly enough, I saw a post by someone from a couple of years ago that said he stopped taking this med and his symptoms dropped down next to nothing. He started taking it again, and symptoms got worse. Placebo affect? Who knows. I didnt take mine yesterday to test this theory, and my symptoms were significantly milder when I woke up this morning. I'll see if there actually is any difference over the next few days.7. My ana titer was 320 and sediment fate was 16. Nuero said all other antibody test were normal (I had 10 to 20 different antibody test done, along with all the other ones from the specialist)

Did you have an illness prior to the first event? I had cellulitis in my upper thigh 1 month prior. It was treated as MRSA (as a precaution) and I took 2 antibiotics for treatment.3. Very sensitive to cleaning chemicals, fumes.
