Greeting folks:Its been almost a year of funky twitching, brainfog, fatigue, numbness & tingling, etc. Good times for sure (sarcasm). Most of my fasciculations had gone away, however, recently they have returned, and they are all over. My concern is that they are now both large jolting twitches and multiple miniature twitches. Has anyone experienced this large to small muscle twitching change as well? In addition I have been going through good days and bad days with my tongue and throat. Not with muscle twitching in those areas, but a constant dull pressure where I feel like at any moment my speech is going to slur or stop, or my ability to swallow is on the verge of giving out. Btw, today was a good day in that area. I keep reminding myself I passed my left arm emg back in march, and that i have a bunch of other things not consistent with ALS, i.e.; brainfog, fatigue (similar to low bs feeling), intermitent shakiness, etc. Thanks in advance, and Ill take my answer off the air!
