Hello everybody. 2 Quick questions1.) Is the muscle/body area you had your first twitch also the most freq area that is twitching?2.) Is it also the area you usually have your "hotspot" ?Thanks everybody and stay safe!

1. no2. noBut the answer means nothing about the fact that it doesn't matter if it is yes or no ;) It makes no difference, some have it like you said and some don't. The fact is when you will have twitching long enough it it will probobaly move to other places (I just guess you have one area that is twitching more).

I twitch all over but still my first hotspot seems to be a favorite as they keep coming back to that same place! Don't worry it is still benign!

Now im kinda bothered. its been approx 7 weeks since i start twitching on my left biceps. I also twitch on m eyelids, upper lip, quads, hamstrings, ankle, foot, butt, right biceps, calves, but not as freq as the left biceps. 7 days ago, it became a hotspot and twitched continuously, and strongly( well not continuously. sometimes it will stop for 2-3 minutes) for 5 days and it just stopped like 2 days ago. but it seem like the left biceps is the most active area. now im worried about the localized twitching because I know it is a hallmark of ALS.....

Okay, I have had more localized to my calves and the right one in particular. You still have it ALL OVER like the rest of us. Mine started on my eye and then it was more in my calves so that's where it is MOSTLY. However, I do get it everywhere & even in my shoulders... that I don't like. Also my arms and biceps as well. Don't stress, my main "hotspot" is my calves & mainly in my right one.. that is my stresser leg if that makes sense. There are SO many other things that you know what that make you twitch!!!! Keep that in mind!!!! I know it is hard to do cuz I second guess myself ALL DAY LONG!!
