Muscle Twitching Continuously Since 2008

Hey guys,I've been here before. I have a muscle that starts on the side of my elbow and goes all the way down into my hand that has been twitching every second of every minute of every day since July 2008. In my sleep, always, never stopping. Not even slightly embellishing this. I twitch all over my body always but I was wondering if anyone has had a specific large muscle twitch that lasts this long that happens constantly. Thanks

I don't have ones that go continuously but mine hit sometimes every 5 or 10 seconds or so. That is on a bad day.

I have been twitching nonstop every second of the day for the past three months in the arches of my feet. I feel like I have jelly legs when I am walking. My feet also cramp up a lot at the arches.

My experience personally and from reading posts on this board is that in time it is likely your twitches will decrease.Not necessarily go away, but decrease in intensity.But it will problably take a long time. Months... years...I take tegretol and it helps me somewhat.-43RichyThe43rd

Right elbow muscle already non stop twitching for 18 months now. Don't feel it anymore, but when I look, its still there. Of course beside the widepread random twitches and the sore shoulder muscles since a week

dutch ron: I have twitching in this place for last two days - its pretty fast. Not every second, but every few minutes it appears and I can induce it by stretching my wrist. After 2 years, it really doesnt bother me.
