I think I have this problem and I read in some posts that there are other people here who may have this too.You contract a muscle (in my case it is the muscle that pushes my index finger towards my middle finger) and when you try to relax it, it takes too much time for it to relax and your finger quivers. My neurologist put me on Phenytoin and the problem got away when I started taking this drug. On my researches I read that BFS is the milder form of a problem known as PNH(peripheral nerve hyperexcitability) . PNH grade 1 is known as BFSPNH grate 2 is known as BCFSPNH grade 3 is neuromyotonia (isac's syndrome)PNH grade 4 is Morvan's syndrome.BFS has fasciculations.BCFS has fasciulations and cramps.neuromyotonia has fasciculations, cramps and myotonia.Morvan syndrome has cramps, fasciculations, myotonia and other more serious problems.Reading some posts on this forum I think there are other people here besides me who has some mild myotonia on fingers. (you make a fist and some of your fingers starts to quiver).
