Some people claim to get relief from Ginger which does have anti-inflamatory properties, but I just don't know. I never heard of fascitab, and I didn't get a hit from the search engine, so your guess is as good as mine. Natural health stores have some products that are mild sedatives, which treats the anxiety. Most of the magic cures seem to mag, co-q10, ginger, calcium, and few other herbs I can't remember. The person at the store most likely will suggest not drinking soda or eating anything with aspartamine, stop smoking, chewing and not take in any caffeine.I did all of those things and I noticed a major improvment, but I imagine the x-factor was the caffeine, and that's nothing new to the forum.
