Multiple Hotspots, Non-Stop Twitching

Fellow Twitchers, I have a few hot spots (calves and arches of course) that will not go away. Also, my tricep keeps twitching all over throughout the day non-stop. Besides that I have had spontaneous twitches randomly throughout my body in absolutely every location. ANyone else have multiple hotspots that won't go away? I twitch like mad, and wanted to see if anyone is in the same boat. E

Ye i have 24/7 in my left calf for 13 months now, this has spread to the back of my knee and thigh for the last 6 months, really annoying, it feels like i sat on a golf ball! also outside of right foot about 75 times a day, pads below both thumbs 30 times a day plus the other hit & run spots

I have multiple hot spots as well. The left hand is constant but I don't feel it. My calves are the most reliable hot shot that I feel. I have also had weeks were my triceps were active and my knees and thighs as well. The hit and runs can be anywhere like the others said. I also get twitching in my back and trunk area at night after a long day teaching. Whatever I have is definitely widespread.

I've been twitching for almost 6 years now, mostly calves and arches, but since 11-07 my right tricep also started to twitch. Some days worse than others. Now the areas around my elbows twitch a lot on both arms when my arm is bent. And of course, I get the occasional twitches in my back, neck, face, butt, chest, thighs, knees, and pad area of the thumb (the thumb drives me up the wall, which sends me to the ALS thinking  )A lot of us here twitch somewhere constantly. When I get to hardcore worrying I reread "BFS in a nutshell" to remind myself that this is normal for us here.Take Care
