MRSA and Twitching: Cause?

Just curious. I had a very bad MRSA infection in January and I was on 20 days of a strong antibiotic called Clindimycin. I don't think it is known to cause twitching or not. I did notice some minor twitching in the weeks following, but nothing significant. However, almost 2 months to the day is when I had a full blown twitching outbreak. Just trying to find a reason, like many of you. Just wondering if that bad infection could have triggered something or the use of the strong meds to knock out the infection.

I had my first ever flu shot about 2 weeks prior to getting a flu like virus, the rest is history. I would wager a big bet it had something to do with my onset. i.e. triggered an autoimmune response. The problem is we will never know for sure just what happens and what causes it. It's more than likey there are many causes but each individual's autoimmune system works differently, so what could trigger mine or your yours will not trigger the condition in everybody.

All of this mess started for me after having a flu shot too. I have had many flu shots in the past but this was the first with the h1n1 strain. My neuro strongly believes that it may be related but told me not to let it stop me from getting them in the future..yeah right!!
