MRI Nerves: Neck Pain & MS Worries

Well, I will be going in for my MRI in two days. I am pretty nervous, that's for sure.
I'm scared as hell they will see lesions and tell me I have MS. :(

Also, I have been having neck pain for close to 2 years now. I had a neck X-ray when the pain started but they couldn't see anything. I am pretty curious if they will find something on the MRI that can explain my neck pain and limited mobility of the neck.

UGH I am scared. And the twitching, joint and muscle cramping and tremors continue.

Please send good vibes... after the MRI I need to wait until November 13th for the follow up appt with my neuro.

Does anyone know whether someone from the staff contacts patients if something important is found on the MRI?

Thanks...

Take it easy!
Remember that fasciculations are not a symptom of MS! You are feeling the way you are, because you are nervous, stressed and anxious.
The person who will do your MRI, will be able to identify abnormal things, but I am sure that he or she will not tell you. It has to be your doctor.
Good luck and think positive!.. and remember: You are NOT alone! Most of us in this forum went through the same!

All the best,
