Mild Knuckle Pain and Twitching

I have mild knuckle pain and a bit of stiffness. If I do too much work with my hands, my index finger starts twitching.

Drives me batty.

Oh GeoDog, We sound a lot alike if you pull up a lot of my past posts this is one of my main complaints. Left hand and same symptoms. So far a year later nothing has changed still twitching in that hand and still can not feel them but no difference in strenght or no muscle loss yet either.

This is perfectly normal, I also went through this and convinced myself that something was wrong. It is normal and to be expected that your one hand (the one you use more often) is more developed than your other. My hands twitched between my index finger and thumb for years and my hands are as strong as ever. Hope this helps
