Migrating Aches and Pains?

The last several days I have had pain in my quad while walking. I still went to the gym and ran 2 miles and lifted lightly. Is it common to get pain / cramps that one day will be in your leg, the next in your ankle, wrist and move to your arm? It seems like my aches and pains stay for a few days and reappear somewhere else. Does anyone else get migrating symptoms through-out their body? Thank you for your reply, Mike

Mike, I sure do get migrating symptoms. Migrating numbness, fasciculations, and pain. This pain is what makes me believe there is some kind of fibromyalgia involved with this. I've been to a rheumatologist who said I don't have Fibromyalgia due to the fact that I sleep well, not sure about this.

Mike, I get the same - migrating pain, numbness, fasciculations, and cramps - nothing seems to stay the same for too long. This is a little bit related to a posting of mine from earlier in the week - see Widespread (Bodywide) Twitching.
God Bless, Mark

Thank you both. It is always helpful to hear from people that are going through the same thing. Just when you’re getting use to certain symptoms, this condition throws you a curve ball. Still working on controlling my anxiety every time I get a new symptom. Thanks, again, Mike

Yes- I don't know if it's par for the course but I get migrating pain and stiffness all the time. Burning, stiffness, twitching, buzzing, pinching, itching...oh how fun!
