Microtwitches - Any Experiences?

Does anyone get what I refer to as "microtwitches"? Basically these feel like one tiny spot twitching. Some of these are not even visible. I have them in my hands, feet, face, neck, lips, along with all my other twitching that happens over inch of my body.

I'm getting that in my forearms. Another type of twitch.

Yes yes yes! Most of mine, which are all over, are small and quick and if I look for them I don't see them. I see them in my arches and occasionally a thigh or hand, but the rest of my feet and calves, I can't see them but I surely feel them.
