Mark's BFS: Calf Twitches and Foot Symptoms

My calves don't twitch quite as bad (but they can and did at times - particularly in the beginning). My feet can look identical to yours at times. My big toes will move a lot from the fasics in the bottoms of my feet - this especially happens at night before bed. I've had two EMG tests and both neuros have said this is BFS.

Holy Guackamoly! Those are some really BIG twitches.

My calfs twitch all the time but I don't really get any sort of mass muscle movement like you do. I can see ripples and dimples and stuff like that in mine all the time.

When I get sick (heaving my guts out) my legs look like yours but it doesn’t last long thanks to Pedialyte.

WOW... big twitches... Sheeesh.

Rest assured; those aren’t ALS type. Mine are more like ALS type

Note: I’ve been living with BFS now for quite some time so I don’t have ALS.
