Managing Chronic Pain with Oxycontin

oxycontin is my treatment,, though i dont recommend it as an option unless you expierance pain.. or leg pain in my case on a daily basis.. but for some reason painkillers have a great impact on bfs,,,, even ones that are non-narcotic like ultam(tramadol)...they actually give you a bfs free life/// the only problem i have is that you cant miss a dose... so the drug becomes a ball and chain... you really have to weigh the consiquences when taking this drug.. it was really a last resort for me.. my leg pain everyday really had and effect on me physically. but at the same time the drug also relieved all my other bfs symptoms,, which is amazing because no other drug or lifestyle change could make my bfs go away... i think it should be looked into... why opiate type drugs work for peripheral nerve hyper exitability;... maybe a drug maker and or doctor scientist could pinpoint the exact chemical and tweak it into a drug that can be safe to take everyday for PNHE,,bfs..

that is my daily treatment.. i also take diazepam at night... i would recommend diazepam for bfs relief.. it seems to work better than klonopin

12Drifter12, so pleased you have returned! I have tried to slope off myself a few times, but something keeps bringing me back!
