Making Light of BFSRs & FASICs

Just alittle food for thought I don't know about you guys but I have a problem adding these initials together bfsr's It doesn't quit sound write.
What about fasiculations benign or fbr's, It sounds alot better than telling someone that you are a bfs'r. Just trying to make light of this stuff. I know there will thousands of responses to this so take it light. Twitch in the tongue, oops, I meant tongue in cheek.
