Magnesium & Calcium: Two-Month Success

i take 1.5 tsp in the morning and another dose before bed. make sure you aren't taking calcium two hours before or after the mag. i take my calcium around noon. both seem to have helped quite a bit...its been two months and i have noticed much decline in my twitches.
 
Just started taking 250mg of Magnesium a day. I take it in the morning when I wake up. Only like 1 week into this, so I don't know if it is working or not. I'll update you in a couple weeks. Doctor told me I don't need to take calcium because I drink a lot of milk.
