Lyme vs. BFS Symptoms?

Are there any symptoms that differentiate between lyme and plain BFS ?Does ear ringing in one ear (only when people talk also) point to lyme , or is this common with vanilla' BFS alsoThis is really annoying - it's like a loud broken speaker noise in one ear whenever I hear a certain frequency - such as people talking

There are tons of things that cause ear ringing besides BFS and Lyme. When my ear rings I stick my finger in it and wiggle it around a bit, and oddly it stops sometimes. If the ringing lingers, check in with and ENT and talk to them about it.Good luck!
