Lunestas Long-term Effects: Experiences?

Granted, they suck, they're addictive, whatnot. I've tried Ambien, and even at 10mg it doesn't help me much. I sleep a little more deeply, but not for any longer than I would without.

Lunesta is approved by the FDA for longer-term use, but I've heard it has some weird side-effects.

Any experiences...?

Lunesta is like taking benadryl to sleep. i tried lunesta and it was worthless.. klonopin 2mg will knock you out without the hang over effect.. as far as addiction... i dont feel that i crave klonopin.. and i could live without it... it works wonders for sleep.. sleep is good.. so taking a pill to sleep is not bad at all.. :) so pop them pills... you have bfs why not manage your symptoms..?

Remeron (anti-depressant) works real well and is inexpensive, but, for some it could make twitches worse and it took about two weeks for me to accommodate it and function well the next day. After the accommodation period, I didn't have a med hangover the next morning. Otherwise, it put me to sleep faster than anything I've ever used.

Now I'm just on exercise at 8 pm then a hot bath.

I actually suspect Valium makes my twitching worse when I stop taking it... I don't want to get into the habit so I only take it when I'm having a bad day. Then the twitching, particularly in my tongue, seems to be worse when I'm coming off it for a couple days.

I have never had valium but I have had Demerol loved it. It killed my
twitching I forgot I had any problems it was so wonderful I slept for
two days straight I know it is addictive its to darn bad to because if it
wasnt I would be haven some more and I hate taking medicine but
thats one I would never have a problem with.
