Longest Hotspot: 24/7 Twitching

NOT counting calves, what is your longest hotspot? By hotspot, I mean 24/7 twitching. For me, it used to be a thigh twitch that lasted about 4 months. But now, I have a constant thump in my bicep that has been going for 6 months straight. Anyone else?

Mine are my arms. 24/7 in my left bicep, elbow and forearm. Also 24/7 in my right bicep. And they aren't subtle either; big, jerking twitches in both arms. Been going on for 12 weeks which by the way is when this all started. The twitches are way too many to even attempt to count. Been on Carbamazapene for 6 weeks...no improvement at all.

I am a little player on this one... My longest was my first, finger twitch for about 1 month. Usually not more than a week, rarely 2 weeks.

Twitch in a forearm muscle that moved my thumb from side to side: 6 monthTwitch in my biceps, big one: 8 monthKnee: 4 monthTongue: 1,5 years, always the same spot

Left thigh for 3 days but not continually - right bicep for a few days (this started my fear) and tongue random twitches at times that I bend it or move it etc.

My left hand - constant for about a year and a half now. You could literally set a clock by it - in/out/in/out every 5 seconds. Thought it could be a parmaris spasm but I get it on the other hand, same place - every couple of days.Right shoulder blade - constant 9 month, back of knee the same.Right thigh 3 months - started a year and a half ago for a couple of months then stopped, but came back with lots of cramp like pain. Both feet (mainly arches) - constant for a year and a half, but always seem better (not as intense) when I wake up.All the above go several times a minute - along with the usual random pops / shakes vibrations etc.

My hotspots don't usually last as long as yours do, Matt. Usually a few weeks at most - but they often come back later. Right now my right shoulder and back area is going pretty strong. Arch in my left foot too. Right lower eye lid will twitch any time I blink hard enough for the last week. Anyone else occasionally get slight pain in areas that are twitching? Feels almost like a small cramp but not as painful? Lasts for a few seconds and goes away..

I have had a twitch in my left tricep that sometimes almost moves my arm for 18 months. It's everyday. Worse at night. Sometimes the muscle contracts and releases so hard it's visible. I also had an episode of rt arm thumpers that lasted for three hours. That went away, but the left arm is twitching and thumping everyday. I wish it would subside. Maybe someday. It's always an underlying worry. U r not alone. Aside from that, feel good.

My arm/shoulder 48hrs at present, thumps away. If I place my hand on it I feel it!! Foot arch months!!!!These hotspots, are they at rest and when in use? I seem to have a main area that twitches and ravdim pops everywhere else! As you have prob seen, tongues do random movements when my mouths shut Mmm

3 years and counting. Twitches in my left bicep are now thumpers all day everyday. Sometimes it moves my entire arm. Anyone experience this kind of long term thumping?
