Living with Nerve Damage & Fibromyalgia

gosh, i feel as though i am reading about myself with every post and then some. and...all of this along with nerve damage from my cervical neck. i get weakness and loss of control in my hand(s) a lot. i could swear that i have lost muscle aroung my wrist too. when i flex my fist, i see more indention than i used too. stressed and scared all of the time. plus i have been told i have fibromyalgia too. i think that i am ready for a muscle biopsy. i am fearful of als and md. i can't use the shift key today, so all lower case. i pray every day. i love my husband and family and i am so glad they love me. i guess it's all we can do....

Anne: Sounds like you're having a down day. I am so sorry because I know those are not any fun at all. It sounds like you are dealing with several physical challenges with your neck and possibly fibro, but that does not make you ready for a muscle biopsy. Don't jump that far ahead. I have been having difficulty with my hands and wrists (along with other places) lately myself. Do you see any correlation with the weather. I don't know how it is there but it is humid and supposed to rain here---my body knew it before I heard it on the weather. If what you are reading here sounds like you, then be reassured-----they all have BFS and it sounds like you do too. Unpleasant as it is, it is exactly what its called----benign.Praying for you todayCindy
