Living with Chronic Pain & Twitching

Hello everyone. It's been a while since I've posted because I was okay for a while...now I have pain in both shoulders, wrists and hands. Any movement above my head is extremely painful and causes me to drop my arms almost instantaneously. I have still been twitching...going on 16 months soon. Still have fatigue, dizziness and PN. Just wondering if it's anything to worry about and if anyone else has experienced this. Of course in the back of my mind is something bad....
 
Forgot to add the other thing I have been expriencing....I have facial vibrations (maybe twitching) but I cannot see them in the mirror....is this concerning or just another twitch to get used to?
 
Just a thought, you might want to see your Endo and make sure your thyroid meds are still where they need to be. Its seems to be the most obvious thing. Can't incorrect dosing cause everything you just mentioned?
