Living with BFS Twitches

Hello fellow twitchers! My problems started about five years ago; LOTS of twitching all over my body. I went through panic stage  , but finally came to the realization that I had BFS. Although I still twitch 24-7, I barely notice it anymore. I’m strong, workout every day, run lift weights, etc. I thought some of you might find it interesting to see what I’m talking about, so I posed a video of my calf twitching on YouTube. By the way, this was a fairly calm day! :D) Jeff

Thanks Jeff. It's always good to see that we aren't alone. My calves do the same thing 24/7. I'll hit the three year mark in October. Thanks again.

Thanks for this video! This is exactly how my calves mostly the right started out in March non stop. They have calmed down quite a bit, but now this is in my feet and getting more in upper body lately. The feet look exactly like your video as well, same type of visual. I am only six months into this and still in the panic most days. I hope I can make it like you guys to the year(s) mark! :D)

I feel slightly uncomfortable thanking a man for posting a video of his legs :) BUT thank you. So nice to see 'healthy' people with fasciculations rather than those, you know, 'other ones' (That I don't watch. Ever. No, really. Someone told me about them. I don't even know how to search on Youtube.).GlowGreen

Thanks for posting this. I've been having twitches like this for 5 months now. This adds a little bit of reassurance. I want to believe doctors, but I have a hard time accepting their opinion, especially without an EMG.
