Living With BFS Symptoms

Hello to all,if you ike you can take a look to the hard way i walk some time as a BFS-Sufferer. I think i go throug all of these symptoms which worrie us so much.Twitching (on everey part, also internal vibrations, and week- or month-lasting bad hotspots)Burning skin Ratchering (unsmooth movements of muscles)Tremors (mild to severe)One month ago, i was very overworked and stressed......it flared up (didnt notice this stuff since some years anymore before) with a hotspot in BOTH thumbs and strong tremor (action und holding), then followed with another hotspot in the indexfinger and a lot of twitching in both calves (where it all starts for 10 years).Fear and panic entered again my mind, but i fight it down and followed my life, take some B-Vitamins, made releaxing-technics bevor sleep in the bed and ignored it so good i could. It lasts 3 weeks and it went away like it was come.We are, that i think today, hpersensitive for stress in body and mind and when to much things dome together.....we get these symptoms. To let them go is the golden key....ignore it and go on. Lerning to know when we need more rest and ani-stress-training ike meditation, breathing, qi gong or else.Whrn it flare up, worries and fear settle in, and these to keep this stuff in place and double them up.........its a real devlish circle.Hope that helps some of you. Go on whith your life and dont loose it to the worries and the fear. I was near to loose all this days in past. May God protect me that i didnt go again this scary road of mind-fxxx.god bless you all.Best wishes from good old berlin, Florian
