Living With BFS and Uveitis

dear alljust wanted to let you know that i am still around and alife;-)my bfs is more or less under control. less anxiety=less fasciculations.even though i am convinced that anxiety plays an important role in the development of (at least my) bfs i think that there is also an autoimmune component.two weeks ago i developped an uveitis anterior and intermedia in my right eye. the specialists are quite sure it is autoimmunerelated. bad, that 20 percent of this kind of uveitis is seen at the beginning of ms. however i am not afraid this might be ms or even a lymphoma which they cannot rule out. as i already have three autoimmune issues (lack of b12, vitiligo, bfs) this is most probably just another one. and guess what: since my uveitis showed up my fascics seem to get more freuquent and stronger again. maybe some of you share this experience of eye involvement.best wishes from switzerland, where the waters flows and not chocolate as you might think;-)

I've had a few autoimmune disorders myself. Allergies and psoriasis to name two. I think that they are both caused by anxiety and other negative emotions.

Good luck... There are a lot of "beign" causes of uveitis...My wife has vitiligo... nearly completly depigmented.... but she does not have bfs.chip
